We have made it to the Dominican Republic! After a few flights, we arrived on this beautiful island with full hearts. We are so, so blessed to be here. What an exciting summer we’re going to have!

For the month of June, we will be working closely with a YWAM base here in Azua, Dominican Republic. They are a pretty great group of people, many who are Haitians we know from our past times in Haiti. This community is full of people, anxious to learn more about clean water and the God who gives it to them. We are excited to learn from them, too!

Steph will be working with some people who are working in schools daily as teachers and teacher’s assistants, teaching them programs to implement to teach children about sanitation and hygiene. Ryan is taking a role in overseeing projects and planning for the summer, as well. We are both helping to give leadership to the base for the entire month, coming behind and supporting those who live here full time, as well.

We venture into Haiti in a few weeks- and we can’t wait for that, either! This is going to be an exciting time and we are so thankful to be here. Please continue to keep us in your prayers! We can’t wait to hear how your summer is coming along, either!!
